Democratizing locally led adaptation measures for climate action
Ipshita's doctoral research examines democratic alternatives to donor-driven climate adaptation in the Global South, with a focus on South Asia. By foregrounding community voices and interrogating inequities in aid-backed models, her work seeks to reimagine climate adaptation financing as a more inclusive, locally-led process.
