Andrew Devlin is a recognized planner and decision advisor who works to deliver practical guidance and solutions to complicated city-building projects. Andrew helps clients tackle mobility policy, strategy and governance initiatives with an approach grounded in dialogue, collaboration, and structured decision-making shaped by 15 years of direct public sector experience at the local and regional level. Andrew has led and supported teams deliver city and regional transportation plans, mobility pricing policies, shared mobility service guidelines, scenario planning exercises, project governance and funding frameworks, and corporate strategic planning across Metro Vancouver. He has held leadership roles at the City of North Vancouver and TransLink. He is currently a Managing Associated with Access Planning, a transportation-focused strategic advisory firm. Andrew is trained as a planner, with degrees from the University of British Columbia and University of Waterloo.
