Adjunct SCARP professor Erick Villagomez and SCARP graduate Devon Harlos have presented an opportunity to join the Barcelona Urban Planning Field School, on May 20-24, 2024.
The 5-day program is a dynamic and immersive experience tailored to deepen one's understanding of urban development in one of Europe's most vibrant cities. Participants will be immersed in Barcelona's rich tapestry of history, culture, urban design and planning—exploring the evolution of its streets and urban spaces from their ancient Roman origins to their most recent innovative initiatives, such as the Superblock and Green Streets programs.
SCARP students wanting to add an international component to their graduate studies are encouraged to participate, as well as working professionals wanting a unique professional development opportunity abroad.
Registration opens on January 19th on a first come first served basis, with a cap of 20 participants.
