PIBC SCC Sketch Club: New Westminster

The Planning Institute of British Columbia (PIBC) represents professional networking opportunities for our students, and for alumni also represents an avenue for becoming a Registered Professional Planner (RPP). Their Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) System helps its members maintain professional standards and the latest planning-related knowledge and skills. Whether you're a student seeking knowledge and future networks or a member actively earning CPL credits, official PIBC events represent an invaluable avenue into the greater world of planning.

Join us in sketching downtown New West!

On September 26, Join us for a PIBC SCC Urban Sketch Club Meet Up in Downtown New West!

The PIBC South Coast Chapter Sketch Club holds FREE monthly meet ups where all planners of all sketching skill levels are invited to meet and sketch our surroundings.

Join us on Sept. 26th at Columbia Station in New West. We will make our way around the neighbourhood, guided by a New West Planner! At 7:45 we will head to a local eatery to socialize and share our sketches.

We structure our meet ups loosely, with prompts given to those who would like to use them and opportunities for impromptu tutorials and skill sharing between attendees. Whether this is your first time sketching since elementary school, or you are a seasoned daily doodler, you will surely benefit from an evening of sketching with other planners.

Bring your own paper and drawing utensils.

Hope to see you there!
