I’m on the board of Working Gear, which is a non-profit in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside that provides interview clothing and/or industry appropriate clothing to low income or unemployed individuals in search of employment. For more information, please visit our website.
We are looking to get a “board member apprentice” – basically a student who can take notes at our meetings, and learn about what Working Gear has to offer.
I was thinking this could be a great position for a SCARP student. If you could include the attached posting in your weekly digest, that would be much appreciated.
Let me know, thanks!
