Making the Links 2018: Climate Change, Community Health, and Resilience

(Symposium on Collaborative Action)

Who: SHIFT Collaborative, Interior Health, and Simon Fraser University

When: November 5-6, 2018

Where: The Laurel Packinghouse, Kelowna, BC

An opportunity to join leading thinkers and other community leaders to learn about and create strategies for collaborative action on some of the most pressing issues of our time: climate change, health, and resilience. These are the issues that will impact current and future generations and it’s up to us to find solutions. This symposium will include inspiring workshops, speakers, voices from around the table (health, business, non-profit, students, etc!), and community stories that together will help us uncover shared approaches to tackling climate change that not only protect, but improve, community health and well-being in our BC communities.
