ICP wins public participation award

SCARP's Indigenous Community Planning Program (ICP) has received the Project of the Year Award for Indigenous Engagement from the International Association for Public Participation Canada (IAP2 Canada). Dr. Leonie Sandercock (ICP Program Creator), Jeff Cook (ICP Practicum Instructor) and Leona Sparrow (Director of Treaty, Lands and Resources for the Musqueam Indian Band) accepted the award in Montreal on September 30, 2016.
