Braden Batch is a Senior Analyst in CMHC’s Western Canada Housing Market Insights team. He is an economist, holding a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Calgary, and his current focus centers on analysis of the Vancouver housing market as well as topics in demographics.

Blaire leads the planning team as a mentor Registered Profession Planner (RPP) and manages the firm as Chief Operating Officer. She specializes in planning policy, public engagement strategies and project management, managing several of the firm’s largest land redevelopment projects. She is an appointed member of the Real Estate Council of BC, is active with many UDI liaison committees, and serves on the City of Vancouver’s Employment Lands and Economy Review External Advisory Group.
Ryan Berlin, Senior Economist & Director of Intelligence

As the Senior Economist and Director of Intelligence at rennie, Ryan has spent most of the past 20 years working with many of British Columbia’s most successful organizations in real estate, retail, and finance, as well as many of Canada’s more forward-thinking municipalities, regional governments and crown corporations. A firm believer in the power of data when used properly, Ryan cuts through the noise and provides insightful market research and analysis to business leaders, portfolio clients, and advisors. Ryan is a current member of the Association of Professional Economists of BC, having previously sat on its board, and is the former Communications Committee Chair for NAIOP. His adept marketplace assessments and forecasts make him a trusted and valued resource in the real estate industry.
