The Ontario Farmland Trust would like to invite you to the annual Farmland Forum on Thursday, March 23.
It will take place from 9:00am to 4:30pm in Guelph ON, as well as online.
The Ontario Farmland Trust is a non-profit organization that works to protect Ontario farmlands and associated ecological features. Every year, the Farmland Forum brings together researchers, planners, farmers, conservation organizations and more from across Ontario and Canada to discuss the most pressing issues in farmland protection.
This year, the theme is: Planning to Save the Soil.
We will explore the social, economic and environmental considerations for protecting the foundation of our farmland and the agri-food sector: Ontario’s soil.
Registration opens today with early bird tickets available until March 1st. Visit the Ontario Farmland Trust website for the schedule and to register.
